		Afternoon - Hotel check-in and free time for sightseeing
		Evening - Director's reception and meeting





		Morning - Field Show Contest 9am-12pm (optional) by class size *Exhibition only performance also available.
		Afternoon - First Mass Band Rehearsal 1pm-4pm All bands join together with top clinicians to rehearse music and field placement
		Evening - Spend an evening in San Antonio taking in the sights!




		Morning - Final Mass Band Rehearsal All bands join with top clinicians for final rehearsal
		Afternoon - free time for sightseeing
		Evening - The Alamo Bowl kicks off on ESPN The winning field show band performs its own show solo at pre-game. All bands close the haftime ceremonies with a big mass band Finale!




		Morning - Concert Band and Jazz Band Workshops 9 am- 12 pm
		Afternoon - Enjoy lunch on your own at the River Walk Mall food court, Hard Rock Café, Dick's Last Resort, or one of the great downtown restaurants
		Evening - Evening of dinner, dancing, and awards at the San Antonio Convention Center




		Morning - Hotel check-out
		Depart for home with memories of beautiful, historic San Antonio.
