Referral Program Terms and Conditions
*The referral reward is a one-time payment of $350 in the form of a travel credit or scholarship. This credit may be used for your next Heritage Festivals, Bowl Games of America, or Bowl Games of America Performance program. Payment is made: (1) once your referral has completed his/her first program with Heritage, BGA, or BGAP (2) for the first completed program only, and (3) only if the person who is referred leads the program.
**To receive the travel scholarship, your referral must meet the following requirements: (1) Referred director must travel with Heritage Festivals or above mentioned division within two years of referral submission date, (2) director must travel with at least 25 participants, and (3) the travel program must include a minimum two-night package.
***All referral names must be valid, and you must have spoken with the teacher about Heritage Festivals, BGA, or BGAP prior to sending the referral. For a referral to be considered valid, the referred director must not have traveled with any part of the Performing division within the past 5 years and must not be beyond Step 5 in the current season’s sales process. Heritage Festivals, BGA, or BGAP must be allowed to use your name when contacting the referred director. Referrals for your school are not valid. Two or more referrals from the same school for the same program will qualify as only one referral. No mailing lists will be accepted. Heritage Festivals complies with federal guidelines for reporting income to teachers. Directors are responsible for knowing and complying with state laws and school policies regarding acceptance, disclosure, and use of financial rewards and prizes.
